Ben sees a product through from start to finish through the sterilization process. His favorite part of the job is getting to see a medical device in its infancy. His past experience with tissue engineering and regenerative medicine and the 10 years at Andersen help him understand the intricacies of what each client needs.

When he leaves work, you might see Ben driving past in a Chevy Silverado with a Doberman mix named Cooper sitting next to him. He often picks up his guitar to compose his own music and attends bluegrass and jazz music festivals as often as possible.
